The Judicial Branch of Government is the branch that interprets laws. The Judicial Branch consists of 9 Judges ( as seen below ) and all 9 reside and rule in the Supreme Court. There are no requirements to become a Judge. The reason why there are only 9 is so there is not a tie in-between the court. If there is a tie, there is no way to decide who is right and who is wrong. Federal Judges also are not supposed to be bias or base their rule on religious beliefs for that is what makes things unfair in the Federal Court.
